AN ORDIN~ AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353 ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDIN~N~ OF T~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRhNCIS~" PASSED A~ ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended,
entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco", passed
and adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended so that the
following described real property may be rezoned from its present
classification of "R-l" (Single Family Residential District) to
"PC~' (Planned Commercial Manufacturing District):
All that certain real property situated in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southerly corner of Lot 37, Block 5, as
shown upon that certain map entitled "Mayfair Village,
South San Francisco, California" recorded in Volume 24
of Naps at Page 21, San Nateo County Records; thence
along the southeasterly line of said lot 37 North 15°
33' East 81.80 feet; thence South 74' 27' East 600 feet;
thence South 25° 33' 50" East 273.87 feet to the north-
westerly line of Spruce Avenue; thence along said north-
westerly line southwesterly along a curve to the left
with a radius of 840 feet, from a radial line bearing
North 39° 55' 46" West, an arc distance of 323.10 feet;
thence continuing along said northwesterly line along a
reverse curve to the right with a radius of 660 feet, an
arc distance of 66.73 feet to the northeasterly line of
the Southern Pacific Railroad Company right-of-way,
thence along the said right-of-way North 34° 59' West
655.39 feet, situate 55' 02' 19" West 30.0 feet and
North 35° 01' 40" West 141.64 feet to the point of be-
ginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once as required
by law and shall take effect and be in force following the expiration of
thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption.
