ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353 ENTITLED
"~ONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO", PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
SectJ_on 1. Subsectien 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, ss amended,
entitled "~oning Ordinance of the City of South 5an Francisco", passed
and adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended so that the
following described real property may be rezoned from its present
classification of "R-I" (Single F~mily Residential District) to "C-3"
(Heavy Commercial District):
All that certain real property situated in the City of
South San Francisco~ County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the north-
easterly boundary line of Hillside Boulevard, with the
northeasterly production of a line parallel with ~nd
40 feet distant, measured at right angles north-
westerly~ from the southeasterly boundary line of
Olive Street, said northeasterly production being the
northwesterly boundary line of the City and County of
San Francisco 40-foot pipe line right-of-way; thence
from s~id point of beginning North 15° 33* East ~long
said northeasterly production, 154.49 feet; thence
South 81° 28* West 109.19 feet to a point on the afore-
mentioned northeasterly boundary line of tI±llside
Boulevard; thence South 26e 39* East, ~long the 1sst
mentioned boundary line, 148.40 feet to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once as re-
qu±red by l~w and shall take effect and be in force following the
expiration of thirty (30) days front and after the d~te of its
adoption.
Introduced this 16th day of April 1956.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco st a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
