O~D INANCE NO. 399
"ZONING ORDINAN~ OF T~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO", PASS~ A~ ADO~ AUGUST 10, 1954.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended,
entitled "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO", passed
and adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended so that the following
described real property may be rezoned from its present classification
of "U" (Unclassified) to "R-I" (Single Family Residemtial District):
All that certain real property situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
All that portion of Country Club Park as shown on
map entitled ~Tract No. 534 Map No. 1 Country
Club Park, San Mateo County, California, April
1941" filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Mateo County on May 9, 1941 in Book 23 of
Maps at pages 54, 55 and 56, described as:
BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner of Lot 1,
Block "G" of the above described map; thence from
said point of beginning on and along the North-
westerly line of said lot, North 58° 45' East 140.00
feet to the most Northerly corner thereof, said last
mentioned corner being in the Southwesterly line
of "C" Street, as shown on said map; thence along
the line of "C" Street South 31° 15' East 101.12
feet; thence leaving said line, South 64~ 47' 34"
West 140.78 feet to a point in the Southwesterly
line of said Lot; thence leaving said line, North
31~ 15' West 86.30 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.301 acres.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shall take effect and be in force following the
expiration of thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption.
Introduced this 18th day of June 1956.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of Suuth
San Francisco at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 2nd
day of JuL? 1956~ by the following vote:
