"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO", PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
Section 1o Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended,
entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco", passed
and adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended so that the
following described real property ~ay be rezoned from its present
classification of "U" (Unclassified) to "R-I" (Single Family
Residential District):
Ail that certain real property situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
All that property located in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, belonging to the Standard Building
Company, known as Lots 7 through 12, inclusive,
Block 13, and Lots 11 through 18, inclusive,
Block 14, conmonly known as Sunshine Gardens
Subdivision No. 9.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shall take effect and be in force following the
expiration of thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco..at a regular
meeting held this 2nd day of JuLy 1956,
by the following vote: ~
