South San Francisco Scavenger Facility

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government
Code of the State of California, that the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco
will convene on Friday, the 16th day of October 1998, between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. at the South San
Francisco Scavenger Facility, 69 So. Linden Avenue, South San Francisco.
Purpose of the Meeting:
. City Staff and representatives from South San Francisco Scavengers will lead a tour of
the material recycling facilities/transfer stations at San Carlos and Sunnyvale.
Commissioners will view material recycling facilities operations, speak with material
recycling facilities operators, and view material recycling facilities/transfer station
designs and layout.
