AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 212 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OPIATING
A RECREATION COI~SSION FOR THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND DEFINING ITS
DUTIES", DULY ADOPTED ON THE 3RD DAY OF
MAXCH 1941
Tb~ City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1 providing for creation of a ltecreation
Comission and appointment of members is hereby amended, so
that said section, as amended, shall read as follows:
Section 1. A recreat£on con~ission is hereby
created in and for the City of South San
Francisco. Said recreation commission shall
consist of five members, who shall be electe~s
of said city, and shall be appointed by the
mayor, with the approval of said city council.
This ordinance shall be published once as required
by law and shall ~ake effect and be in force following the
expiration o£ thirty (30) days from and after the date o£ its
adoption.
Introduced this 18th day of February 1957.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 4th day
of March 1957, by the followins vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN G.J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi,
Francis Lucchio and Leo J. Ryan
