OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO REQUIRING FOOD, FRUIT, MEAT, DRY GOODS, CLOTHING, JE~E~Y, ~, SPORT- lNG GOODS, SHOE STORES, SHOE REPAIRING STORES AND BARBER SHOPS TO REMAIN CLOSED DURING CERTAIN HOURS, AND REPEALING ORDIN- ANCE NO. 163 ENTITLED, 'AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN Iqt4NClSCO REQUIRING FOOD, FRUIT, MEAT, DRY GOODS, CLOTHING, JEWELRY, HARDt~RE, SPORTING GOODS, SHOE STORES AND SHOE REPAIRING ~S and BARBER SHOPS TO REMAIN CLOSED DU~IN~ CERTAIN HOURS~, Passed Ausust 14, 1933", DULY AgOPTED ON THE 19TH DAY OF MARCH 1934 The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does ordain as follows: Section 1. Ordinance No. 169 of the City of South San Francisco entitled, "An Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco Requiring Food, Fruit, Meat, Dry Goods, Clothing, Jewelry, Hardware, Sporting Goods, Shoe Stores, Shoe Rep~iring Stores and Barber Sbmps to Remain Closed During Certain Hours , and Repealing Ordinance No. 163 Entitled, "An Ordinance of the City of South S~n Francisco Requiring Food, Fruit, Meat, Dry Goods, Clothing, Jewelry, Hardware, Sporting Goods, Shoe Stores and Sbme Repairing Stores and Barber Shops to Res~in Closed During Certain Hours~, Passed Ausust 14, 1933," is hereby repealed. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once as required by'law and shall ~ake effect and be in force following the expiration of thirty (30) days from and after the date of its adoption. . . . . . .
