ING THE OPERATION AND CONDUCT OF FOOD STORES,
MEAT MA~VJ(ETS, DRY GOODS STOKES, CLOTHING
STORES OR STORES IN ',,'HICH SHOE REPAIRING IS
DONE, ITITHIN SAID CITY ON ANY SUNDAY Ol;t

1933," DULY ADOPTED ON THE 16TH DAY OF
APRIL 1934
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section l. Ordinance No. 170 of the City of South
San Francisco entitled,'An Ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco Prohibiting the Operation and Conduct of Food Stores,
Meat Markets, Dry Goods Stores, .Clothing Stores, Vegetable Stores,
Shoe Stores, Hardware Stores, Barber Shops, or Stores in which
Shoe Repai, ring is Done Within Said City on Any Sunday or Certain
Other Legal Holidays, and Repealing Ordinance No~ 164 of Said
City of South San Francisco Entitled, 'An Ordinance of the City
of South San Francisco Prohibiting the Operation and Conduct of
Food Stores, Meat Markets, Dry Goods Stores, Clothing Stores or
Stores in which Shoe Repairing is Done, Within Said City on Any
Sunday or Other Legal Holiday, ~ Passed August 14th, 1933," is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shall take effect and be in force following
the expiration of thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
adoption.
Introduced this 18th day of February 1957.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 4th day
of March 1957, by the following vote:
