AN OIU)INANCE AHENgING ORgINANCE NO. 3~3 ENTITLED~
"ZONING OKgINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FK&NCISCO", PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco"~ passed and
adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended so that the following
described real property may be re-zoned from its present classifi-
cation of "R-3" (Multiple Family Residential Area) to a "C-I"
classification (Neighborhood Commercial Area):
All that property situate in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
A parcel of land of approximately 2.091 acres
situate on the northwest corner of E1 Camino Real
and Hickey Boulevard as shown on Assessor's Map
SSF-17 bordered by the southeast border line of
Winston Manor ~1 Subdivision, Hickey Boulevard and
E1 Camino Real.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from amd after its adoption.

Introduced this 19th day of August 1957.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco this 3rd day of September 1957 by the
following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN G.J. Ro~zt. Andrew Rocca, Emilio tortoni,
Francis Lucchlo and Leo J. Ryan
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
