ENTITLED, "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO", PASSE]) AN9
ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section I. Section 4.11 of Ordinance No. 353 en-
titled, "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended, so
that by adding thereto Section 4.11c to provide as follows:
4.11c - Increase or decrease in area by
modification of building, site or use; or
the joining of buildings, sites ~r uses;
or by any means whatsoever of any buildin~,
site or use in any district combined with
an "f~' District that does n~t have the
parking area required for such building,
site or use' shall be permitted upon desig-
nating and providing 'parking area required
by this sectlon for the increased or de-
creased area of such building, site or use.
Section Il. This ordinance shall~ be published once
as required by law and shall~ take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its adoption..

Passed and ad~pted as an ordimance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regml~r meeting of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisc~ this 4th day of November
1957, by the following vote:
