AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
I~A~CISCO REGIILATINGTHE PARI(ING OF
AUTONOBII~S IN THE BUR1 BURl
DISTRICT OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle,
as that te~ is defined in the Vehicle Code of the State of
California, [or a period of ti~e longer than one (1) hour
between the hours of 9 o~clock a.m. and 6 o'clock p.m. on the
sa~e day, except Sundays and legal holidays, along and upon the
following designated portions of public streets lying within
said City of South San Francisco:
(a) That portion of Ca~aritas Avenue extending between
the intersection thereof with E1 Cam£no Real and the intersection
thereof with Arroyo
Section 2. Any person, persons, firm or corporation,
who, or which, shall violate this ordinance shall be dee~ed
of a misde~eanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished
by a fine not exceeding TI~I~TY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), or by
imprisonment for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by
both such fine and imprison~ent.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once as.
~equired by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its adoption.

South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Sou:h San Francisco this 3rd day
of March 19 5__8, by the following vote:
