HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 426-1958 ORDINANCE NO. 426 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE REQUIRED FROM PROPERTY TAXES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1958-59 The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does ordain as follows: Section 1. That the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support the departments for the current year and to pay bonded or other indebtedness of the City, or any portion or district of the City, is hereby fixed at ONE MILLION THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,003,600.00). Section 2. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage in accordance with Section 36937 of the Government Code. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once as required by law. Introduced this ~.lst day of July 1958. Passed and adopted as an ordinamce of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this Mist day of July 1958, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN G.
