NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, {)ursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of
California. the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special Meeting and Tour
on Saturday. the 26th day of April. 2003. at 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. of Genentech Campus.
Purpose of the meeting:
1. CALL TO ORDER I PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
2. ROLL CALL I CHAIRMAN COMMENTS
3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS- comments are limited to items on the Special
Meeting Agenda
4. Purpose of the Special Meeting:
Genentech Annual Report
As part of the Genentech Annual Report presentation, Genentech representatives
will sponsor a tour of the Genentech Campus to places of interest on the campus,
with a special emphasis on visiting the new facilities and following the tour
Genentech will present the Annual Report and answer questions.
