AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING
SECTION 9 OF ORDINA~NCE NO. 384 SPECIFY-
ING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
The City Council of the City of South Sam Francisco
dOes ordain as follows:
Section 1o That Section 9 of Ordinance No o 384 of
the City of South San Francisco shall be, and it is hereby,
amended so that as amended it shall read as follows:
Section 9°. Any establishment failing to obtain
a renewal of permit by February 15, will be penalized
in the amount of fifty per cent (50~) of the regular
permit fee, which shall be in addition to the specified
fee shown in Section 5 of this ordinal ce.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once
as required by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its adoption°
Introduced this 1st day of December 1958.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regulmr meeting of the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 15th
day of December 19 ,58, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Amdrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Leo J. Ryan
and Patrick E. Ahern
