A. No appeals to the PB since
2008. Explored meeting
annually as a check-up
unless a grievance comes
up. HR Director Lockhart
reported that there were no
updates regarding the
pending Personnel Board
Ordinance. No action taken.
B. Discussion only re: Notice
of Boards and Commissions
Vacancies. No action taken.
9. HR Activities Update:
A. Harassment Prevention Training SB 1343 expands AB 1825 sexual
harassment prevention training and
requires all employees be trained by
2021, and within 6 months of hire
and every two years thereafter.
City-wide live trainings are being
held this month and interactive
online training is available to all
employees. Includes hourly (Part-
time, Seasonal and Temporary).
No action taken.

A. Recruitment Diversity No action taken.
