AN ORDINANCE OF Tile CITY OF SOUTI4 SAN
FRANCISCO AI~NDING ZONING ORDINANC~ NO.
353, AS AHENDED, ZONING PARCELS THEREIN
DESCRIBED C-1 AND
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Zoning Ordinance No. 353, as amended,
entitled, "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, and particularly
Section 2.2 thereof, Ks hereby amended so that the following
described property be zoned Restricted Multiple Family
dential District or R-3 District:
All that certain real property situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California,
described as follows:
The westerly 140' feet of Lot 7, Parcel
A,
and all of Lot 8, Parcel A, as shown on the
nmp entitled, "Country Club Park No. 1, South
San Francisco."
Section 2. Zoning Ordinance No. 353, as a~ended,
entitled, "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on Auiust 10, 1954, and particularly
Section 2.2 thereof, Ks hereby a~ended so that the following
described property be zoned Neighborhood Co=~ercial District
or C-1 District.
All that certain real property situate En the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
The easterly 140' feet of Lot 7, Parcel A,
and all of Lots 9 and 10, Parcel A, as shown
on the map entitled, "Cotmt.ry Club Park No. l,
South San Francisco.".
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once
as required by law and shall take effect and be in force follow-
ing the expiration of thirty (30) days from and after the date
of its adoption.
