AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI1~ OF SOU~H SAN
~CO Al(ENDING ZONXN~ ORDINANCE NO.
353, AS AHENDED, ZONING PARCELS HEREIN
DESCRIBED PROFESSIONAL, EXECUTIVE AND
RESEARCH DISTRICT OR p-'i DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordmin as £ollows:
Section l. Zonins Ordinance No. 353, as amended,
entitled, 'Zonins Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on Ausust 10, 1954, and particularly
Section 2.2 thereof, is hereby amended so that the followins
described property be zoned Professional, Executive and
Research District or P-1 District:
All thmt certain real property situate in the City
of South San Francisco, County of San Nmteo, State of California,
described as follows:
Parcel 5 as sho~m on Assessor's Nap of South San
Francisco Nap ~5; and parcels 1 and 2 as sho~m on
Assessor*s Nap of South San Francisco Nap ~6; mmd
that portion of parcal 3 ms shown on Assessor*8
Nap of South San F~ancisco Nap ~6, which is
bounded by parcel 2 as shown on said map, the
Harket Street Eailway Riiht-of-~day, Hemo~ial Park
and the southern boundary of South San Francisco~s
Drainase Canal (Colme Creek),
Section 2, This ordinance shall be published once
as required by law and shall take effect and be in force follow-
ins the expiration of thirty (30): days from and afte~ the date
of its adoption,
Introduced this 4th day of May 1959,
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meetin$ of
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th
day of May 1959, by the follo~in/ vote:
