AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO FIXING THE AHOUNT OF REVENUE
REQUIRED FROH PROPERTY TAXES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1959-60
The City COuncil of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. That the amount of revenue from property
taxes necessary to support the departments for the current
year and to pay bonded or other indebtedness of the City, or
any portion or district of the City, is hereby fixed at ONE
MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND SIXTY-THREE DOLLARS
($1,105,063.00) ~
Section 2. That this ordinance shall become effec-
tive immediately upon passage in accordance with Section 36937
of the Government Code.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once
as required by law.
Introduced this MOth day of July 1959.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 20th day
of July 1959 by the following vote:
