CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the lninutes of J anum-y 11, 2006
2. Motion to confinn expense claims of January 25, 2006 in the amount of $1 04,886.42
Item pulled from the Consent Calendar at the request of Boardmember Addiego.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Matsulnoto: To approve Consent Calendar Heln No.1.
Unanilnously approved by voice vote.
Item No.2: Boardmember Addiego discussed with Boardlnelnbers the necessity of having
two Redeveloplnent Agency meetings a month if bills and lninutes were the only itelns
being considered. He suggested a lneeting be cancelled under these circulnstances and the
items be held over until the next meeting. Chairman Femekes asked Agency Counsel to
review the suggestion.
Boardlnember Addiego asked for information on the GIS (geographic infonnation
systelns) software systeln. Staff stated the allocation is a shared expense with other
departlnents for asselnbling and maintaining the system. Executive Director Nagel stated
an informational memo will be provided to explain the software system.
Boardlnember Addiego questioned the hazardous material work being done at 380 AHa
Vista Drive and staff stated lead and asbestos are being removed from the residence.
Motion-Addiego/Second-Gonzalez: To confinn expense claims of January 25, 2006.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.

Being no further business, Chairman Fernekes adjourned the meeting at 7:08 p.ln.
