AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 3§3 ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
PASSED AND ADOPTE~ AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco", passed
and adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby amended so that the
following described real property Ray be, and is hereby, re-
zoned fro~ its present classification of "R-2" (Duplex, Res/-
dential District) to an "R-3" classification (Restricted multiple
residential family District):
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Ashton Avenue
lots bounded by Willow Avenue and that parcel on
the easterly side of Willow Avenue being the westerly
120~ of the northerly 212.81 feet of Parcel 17 and
the westerly 120t of Parcel 18, South San Francisco
Map No. 21.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be ~ublished once as
required by Law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 7th day of December 1959.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 21st day of
December 1959 by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi,
Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
