AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO ACCEPTING THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
13522 OF THE PENAL CODE RELATING TO TRAINING
OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City of South San Francisco declares
that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of
California under the provisions of Chapter I of Title 4,
Part 4 of the California Penal Code.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 13522 of said Chap-
ter 1, the City of South San Francisco while receiving aid
from the State of California pursuant to said Chapter 1 will
adhere to the standards for recruitment and training estab-
lished by the California Commission on Peace Officer Stan-
dards and Training.
Introduced this 19th day of September ,

Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 3rd
day of October , 19 60 , by the following
vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Emilio Cortesi,
Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
