CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of February 22,2006
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of March 8, 2006 in the amount of$16,125.54
Motion-Addiego/Second-Gonzalez: To approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS
3. Resolution authorizing the execution of a purchase and sale agreement with San
Francisco Public Utilities Commission for property located on Mission Road (APNs:
093-312-050 and 060)
Staff report presented by Assistant Director Van Duyn.
Boardmember Matsumoto asked for clarification on Exhibit B, which Assistant Director
Van Duyn stated was the resolution.
(Agency Counsel distributed a revised resolution.)
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Matsumoto: To approve: Resolution No. 04-2006, approving a
purchase and sale agreement for the sale of unimproved property from the City and
County of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation; and authorize its final approval
subject to approval as to fonm by Agency Counsel, with the understanding that the blanks
will be filled. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
