CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of April 12, 2006
Item pulled from Consent Calendar by B041rdmember Addiego.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of April 26, 2006 in the amount of$36,699.10
3. Consideration of AB 2922 and to direct 8t.ffto prepare a letter in opposition to AB 2922
(Jones), Redevelopment: Low and moderate income housing fund
4. Resolution No. 08-2006, rejecting all bids for the 178 and 190 Airport Boulevard Project
Regarding Item No.3, Boardmember Matsumoto requested a copy of the letter be
forwarded to CCAG.
Motion-Addiego/Second-Garbarino: To approve the Consent Calendar, with the
exception ofItem No. 1. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
Item No.1: Boardmember Addiego stated he 'fas not present at the April 12 meeting and
therefore would be an abstaining vote.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Gonzalez: To ~pprove the minutes of April 12, 2006.
Approved by voice vote. Abstain: Boardinember Addiego.

5. Resolution amending 2005-06 CIP budgetto change funding source for six capital
projects already appropriated from tax inClement to redevelopment bonds for a total of
$9,250,000
Staff report presented by Finance Director Steele.
Motion-Garbarino/Second-Addiego: To approve Resolution No. 09-2006, amending the
2005-06 redevelopment operating and capital improvement budgets to change the
funding sources for various capital project$ and to authorize an additional appropriation
in order to defease prior redevelopment bdpds. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
