REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE 380 ALTA
VISTA DRIVE REHABILITATION PROJECT (ENGINEERING
NUMBER PB-06-3)
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency ofthe City of South San Francisco (the "Agency")
acquired a dilipated residential structure at 380 Alta Vista Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Agency solicited bids for the purpose of rehabilitating and remodeling said
structure so that it could be made available for use by low-moderate income households in a manner
consistent with the Agency's mission and goals; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20166, a public entity retains the
discretion to reject all bids it receives on a given project and to put the project back out to bid; and
WHEREAS, the Agency Board now wishes to reject all bids submitted for the project and to
put the project back out to bid to serve the best interests of the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that the Agency hereby rejects all bids for the 380 Alta Vista Drive
Rehabilitation Project and directs Agency staff to put the project back out to bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency ofthe City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 24th day
of May 2006 by the following vote:
