AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PARCEL NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT OR C-1 DISTRICT AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
353 AS AMENDED ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" PASSED AND ADOPTED
AUGUST 10, 1954
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO does or-
dain as follows:
SECTION I. The following parcel of property is hereby zoned
,Neighborhood Commercial District or C-1 District:
Beginning at a point in the corporate limits
of the City of South San Francisco as said limits
were established by that certain resolution and
order dated August 17, 1908, declaring said City
incorporated, said point also being the inter-
section of the southwesterly prolongation of
the southerly line of Oak Avenue with the west-
erly line of Mission Road, referred to in said
incorporation as the "westerly line of the main
County Road leading from San Francisco to San
Jose"; thence from said point of beginning south-
easterly along said corporate limits and said
westerly line 400 feet, more or less, thence along
the southeasterly line of said parcel 21, 50 feet
more or less, to the intersection thereof with the
northeasterly right of way line of the Southern
Pacific Railroad Co., and the southwesterly corner
of said parcel 21, thence northwesterly along the
southwesterly line of said Parcel 21, and said
right of way line, 394 feet, more or less, thence
northeasterly 220 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning. (The same being a portion of Tract
89 Map F367, 1.50 acres ~creage South San Francisco;
Map Book 11 Block 321 Parcel 02 as shown on the San
Mateo County Assessor's Map 1963-64)
SECTION II. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No.353 as amended
entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, and Zoning Map of the City
of South San Francisco, California, dated July 21, 1954, are
hereby amended so that the parcel hereinbefore described in Section
I shall be delineated on said map as a Neighborhood Commercial
District or C-1 District.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco this _. 2nd day of March ,
1964 , by the following vote:
