AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PARCEL DESCRIBED HERE-
IN AND KNOWN AS THE BALBI PARCEL RESTRICTED MUL-
TIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OR R-3 DISTRICT
AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.353 AS AMENDED ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO'' PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does or-
dain as follows:
SECTION I. The following parcel of property is hereby zoned
Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or R-3 District:
Ail that certain real property situate in the
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is the northeast
corner of the land conveyed by Elizabeth C.
Ashton to G. Ucelli, by Deed recorded Septem-
ber 27, 1905 in Book 115 of Deeds at page 582,
Records of San Mateo County and which point is
distant North 16° 30' 16" East 503 feet from a
granite monument set on the westerly line of the
lands of South San Francisco Land and Improvement
Company and mark~d "L7"; thence North 73° 29'
44" West 400.63 feet; thence Nort~ 16° 17' 12"
East 108.67'feet; thence Sou~h 73 29' 44" East
401.04 feet; thence South 16 30"16'' West
108.67Vfeet to the point of beginning.
(Also referred to as Assessor's Parcel No.11-262-3 San
Mateo County)
SECTION II. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No.353, as amended,
entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, and Zoning Map of the City
of South San Francisco, California, da~ed July 21, 1954, are
hereby amended, so that the parcel hereinbefore described in
Section I shall be zoned Restricted Multiple Family Residential
District or R-3 District and shall be so established and delin-
eated upon said Zoning Map.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco at an adjourned reMular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 22nd day of
September , 1964 by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, and
AudreW Rocca
NOES, " None
ABSENT, Emilio Cortesi and Guido J. Rozzi
