HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 522-1965 ORDINANCE NO. 522 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO.360, FASSED AND ADOPTED MARCH 14, 1955, EN- TITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH FRANCISCO MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO DISCHARGE FIRE- ARMS OR OTHER WEAFONS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND RE- PEALING ORDINANCES NOS. 27, 223 AND 270 The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does ordain as follows: 1. Repeal of Section 3 of Ordinance No.360: Section 3 of Ordinance No.360, passed and adopted March 14, 1955, which reads as follows: "This Ordinance shall not apply to, nor prohibit, the discharging of firearms over, into and along the waters of the bay of San Francisco, provided that there shall at all times be full compliance with the pro- visions of the "Fish and Games Code" of t~e State of California and all other applicable laws and regulations", is hereby repealed. 2. Publication and Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be published once as required by law and shall take effect and be in force on and after the expir- ation of thirty (30) days from and after its adoption. Introduced this 15th day of February , 19 65.. Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council of South San Francisco this 1st day of March , 1965 , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick S. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J.
