AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PARCEL DESCRIBED
HEREIN AND KNOWN AS WESTBOROUGH UNIT NO. 3
TRACT 817, INCLUDING PARCEL F BUT EXCLUDING
PARCEL E, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
(R-1 DISTRICT) AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353
AS AMENDED ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" PASSED AND ADOPTED
AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
SECTION I. The following parcel of property is hereby
zoned Single Family Residential District (R-1 District):
Ail that certain real property situate in the
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25,
26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37
and 38, Block 24; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21, 22 and 23, Block 25; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12~, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 21, 22 and 23, Block 26; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, 7 and 8 Block 27; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20
Block 28; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,
12, 13, 14 and 15 Block 29; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,

19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28,
29 and 30 Block 30, and parcel F containing
8.133 acres, more or less, and the adjacent
streets, except that should an adjacent street
be between two different zones, then the center
line of said street shall be the boundary of the
respective zones
(also referred to as Westborou§h Unit No. 3
Tract 817, including Parcel F but excluding
Parcel E thereof)
SECTION II. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended,
entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco,"
passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, and Zoning Map of the City
of South San Francisco, California, dated July 21, 1954, are
hereby amended so that the parcel hereinbefore described in Section
I. shall be zoned Single Family Residential District (R-1 District)
and shall be added to, established and delineated upon said Zoning
Map.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 5th day of April , 19 65 ·
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day
of April , 1965 .., by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli~ Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio Cortesi~
Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
