AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDII~,.,.NCE NO.212 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
CREATING A RECREATION COMMISSION FOR THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND DEFINING ITS DUTIES"
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
SECTION I. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 5.
Section 5 of Ordinance No.212, passed the 3rd day of March,
1941, is hereby amended to read:
Section 5. The City Council may provide by Resolution
for compensation for the members of the Recreation Commission,
which shall not exceed Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per month.
SECTION II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall be published once, as required by law,
in the "Enterprise-Journal", a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, and
shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its
adoption.
