AN ORDINANCE OF T~E CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCIS-
CO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.297 ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
I. ADDITION OF SECTION 3.35 TO ORDINANCE NO.297 - SCHOOL
SITES:
Ordinance No.297 of the City of South San Francisco
is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 3.35 which shall
read as follows:
3.35. The Planning Commission may as a condition of
approval of a tentative map require a subdivider to offer to
dedicate a school site to a School District which maintains an
elementary school under the terms and conditions set forth in
Section 11525.2 of the Business and Professions Code.
II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall be published once, as required by
law, in the "Enterprise-Journal", a newspaper of general cir-
culation printed and published in the City of South San Fran-
cisco, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its passage and adoption.
Introduced this 17th day of Janmary , 19 66.
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 7th
day of Febrmary , 19 66 .
