AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING SECTION 4.42 OF ORDINANCE N0.353, AS
AMENDED, ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO" PASSED AND ADOPTED
AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
I. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 4.42:
Section 4.42 of Ordinance No.353, as amended, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco", passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, is hereby amended to read:
Section 4.42. Applications for establishment of uses
permitted in P-C-M Districts shall be accompanied by a compre-
hensive site utilization plan, which pertains to the ultimate
growth and development of all of the lands contained within the
involved project or program; and shall further be accompanied
by preliminary architectural and landscape drawings, including
any plans for future expansion. No building permit shall be
issued until such comprehensive site utilization plan, drawings
or plans have been considered by the Planning Commission and
have been approved by the City Council.
II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enter-
CENTRAL RECORDS
prise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published
and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, and shall
take effect and be in f~n~thirty (30) days from and after
the date of adoption.

Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at-a reQular meeting of the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 15th
day of August , 19 66 , by the following vote:

and Guido J. Rozzi
