AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.297, AS
AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO", ADOPTED MAY 8, 1950
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
I. AMENDMENT OF SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO.297, AS AMEND-
ED, BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 1.3:
Ordinance No.297, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance
Establishing Subdivision Re~ulations for the City of South San
Francisco", adopted May 8, 1950, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto the following section:
1.3. Advisory Agency: The City Council, upon recom-
mendation of the Planning Comission, shall regulate the design
and location of air spaces and buildings in condominium and com-
munity apartment projects, in order to promote public safety,
health, comfort, convenience and general welfare, and to effect-
uate the General Plan, and the provisions of the Subdivision and
Zoning Ordinances.
II, PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall be published once, as required
by law, in the "Enterprise-Journal", a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the City of South San
CENTRAL RECORDS
Francisco, and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after its adoption.
