CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Motion to approve the minutes of May 10, 2006
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of May 24,2006 in the amount of$2140.14
3. Resolution rejecting all bids for the 380 Alta Vista Drive rehabilitation project and
authorizing are-bid
Boardmember Addiego requested Item No. 3 be pulled from the Consent Calendar.
Motion-Addiego/Second-Garbarino: To approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1 and 2.
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
Item No.3: Boardmember Addiego asked for an update on 380 Alta Vista Drive project and
Assistant Director Van Duyn presented the staff report and explained the rationale for
going out for second bid rather than the City hiring separate contractors for each phase of
work. He reported that the landscaping would be done in-house.
Motion-Addiego/Second-Marsumoto: To approve Resolution No. 10-2006, rejecting all
bids for the 380 Alta Vista Drive Rehabilitation Project (Engineering Number PB-06-3).
Unanimously approved by voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, Chairman Fernekes adjourned the meeting at 7:08 p.m.
