RESOLUTION NO. 11-2006
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO AN
ENVIRONMENTAL OVERSIGHT AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY,
DEPARTMENT OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES
CONTROL (DTSC)
WHEREAS, staff recommends that the Redevelopment Agency Board adopt a resolution
authorizing the Executive Director to enter into an Environmental Oversight Agreement with the
State of California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic Substances Control.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco hereby authorizes the Executive Director to enter into an Environmental
Oversight Agreement with the State of California Environmental Protection Agency.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 14th
day of June 2006 by the following vote:
