AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, DESIGNATED G.M.T. INVESTORS LANDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of April, 1969, the Local Agency
Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo did pass and
adopt Resolution No. 218 entitled "Resolution of Local Agency
Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo Making Deter-
minations and Approving the Proposed Annexation and Withdrawal
of Territory Designated as G.M.T. Investors Lands to the City
of South San Francisco," which Resolution described the bounda-
ries of the territory proposed to be annexed to the City of South
San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of South
San Francisco and is uninhabited territory in the County of San
Mateo, State of California, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said territory have given and exe-
cuted their written consent as provided by law that the property
within the annexed territory shall be annexed to the City of
South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County
of San Mateo, pursuant to Government Code Section 35015, has
given its approval and authorization, pursuant to Government
Code Section 54797.1, to annex said territory without notice, hear-
ing or election;

NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of South San
Francisco does hereby approve the annexation of the territory
hereinafter described to the City of South San Francisco,
and does hereby further ordain that the said territory be and
is hereby annexed To the City of South San Francisco and is
designated G.M.T. InvesTors Lands, which territory is more
particularly described as follows:

G.M.T. ANNEXATION
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
A portion of that certain 9.050 Acre Parcel described in
the Deed to the San Bruno Park Elementary School District recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State
of California, in Book 3724 of Official Records, at page 516,
described as follows:
BEGINNING au a point in the corporate limit line of the
City of South San Francisco and in the line common to aforesaid
9.050 Acre Parcel and to that certain 98.506 Acre Parcel, Lands
of G.M.T. Investors, as said Parcel is shown on that certain
Record of Survey Map filed in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California on July 8, 1968, in
Book 6 of L.L.S. Maps at pages 121, 122, and 123, distant thereon
North 31° 07' 58" East 365.00 feet from the intersection thereof.
with the northeasterly line of that certain map entitled
"Rol!ingwood No. 3, San Bruno, San Mateo County, California", which
map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San
Marco, State of California on August 12, 1955, in Book 43 of Maps,
at pages 16, 17, 18 and 19; thence from said Point of Beginning
along said corporate limit line and said common line North
31° 07' 58" East 170.00 feet to an angle point thereof; thence
North 72° 24' 41" West 242.0B-feet to a point distant along said
corporate iimit~i~n~ ~nd said common line South 72° 24' 41" East,
445.86 feet from The most northerly corner of aforesaid 9.050
Acre Parcel; thence leaving said corporate limit line and common
line, South 33° 09' 08" East 261.16 feet To the Point of Beginning.
Containing 20,000 square feet, more or less.

This Ordinance shall be published once in the "Enterprise-
Journal", a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, as required by laQ, and shall become effective thirty.
(30) days from and after its adoption.
