1. Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes
As part of the Genentech Annual Report presentation, Genentech representatives will sponsor a tour of the
Genentech Campus to places of interest on the campus, with a special emphasis on visiting the new facilities and
following the tour Genentech will present the 2001 Annual Report and answer questions
Tour conducted annual review given.

Motion Sim / Second Romero to adjourn the meeting.
