AN ORDINANCE TO RATIFY, VALIDATE AND CONFIRM ACTS
AND PROCEEDINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RELATING
TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF STONEGATE RIDGE PLANNED
COMMUNITY AND PLANNED UNITS THEREOF AS THE GRANTING
OF USE PERMITS FOR SAID PLANNED UNITS; TO CONFIRM,
VALIDATE AND DECLARE LEGALLY ESTABLISHED SAID PLANNED
COMMUNITY AND PLANNED UNITS THEREOF; AND TO DECLARE
EFFECT UPON SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, evidence, plans and materials pertaining to planned
Units Nos. 1 through and including 8 were submitted to the Plan-
ning Commission and approved by said Commission after public
hearing at the time of its passage of Resolution No. 1862 of
.March 8, 1965 and thereafter further evidence, plans and
materials relating to said planned units were submitted to and
approved by said Commission after further public hearing at the
time of its passage of Resolution No. 2017 of December 27, 1965;
WHEREAS, evidence, plans and materials pertaining to said
planned units were submitted to and approved by the City Council
after public hearing at the time of its adoption of Ordinance
No. 528 of June 7, 1965, and thereafter further evidence, plans
and materials relating to said planned unit~ were submitted to
and approved by said Council after further public hearing at
the time of its adoption of Ordinance No. 545 of March 7, 1966;
WHEREAS, a use permit for each of said planned units was
in substance and effect applied for, approved and granted by the
Planning Commission and City Council as aforesaid;
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
Section I. Ail acts and proceedings heretofore taken by
the Planning Commission and City Council relating to the review
and approval of evidence, plans and materials for Stonegate
Ridge Planned Community, are hereby ratified, validated, con-
firmed, and declared legally effective as the granting of use
permits for planned units Nos. i through and including 8 as
shown on plans therefor on file with the Planning Department
of the City of South San Francisco and as required by Ordinance
No. 490 and Ordinance No. 528.
Section II. The Stonegate Ridge Planned Community and
said Planned Units thereof are hereby confirmed, validated
and declared to be legally established and existing.
Section III. EFFECT UPON SUBDIVISION AGREE~{ENT.
Nothing herein shall be deemed to effect in any manner
that'certain agreement by and between the City of South San
Francisco and Western Hosts, a corporation, said agreement
being for subdivision improvements and common greens for said
Planned Community of the date of August 4, 1969.
Section IV. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
The City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco shall
certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same
to be published in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in said City,
as required by law'within fifteen days after its passage,
and the Ordinance shall then take effect and be in force
thirty days from and after its adoption.

San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco this I st day of
