AN ORDIN;~CE AMENDING ORDINANCE 449, AS
AMENDED ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RECREATING
AND RE-ESTABLISHING A PERSONNEL SYSTEM
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 216 AND ALL
INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 6A(4) ak amended.
Section 6A(4) of Ordinance 449, as amended, is hereby
amended to read:
(4) Inspection and Engineering:
Chief Building Inspector
Building Inspector'
Public Works Inspector
Engineering Draftsman
SECTION II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This ,Ordinance shall be published once in the "Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective
thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 7?h day of Au.qus$ , 19 72.
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 28 day of August ,
