The Board will then discuss the proposal and ask any questions they might have. The Board does try to stay on schedule, but at times due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay. After the meeting, the Planning Division staff will finalize the Design Review findings and conditions of approval and official notice of the formal findings will be sent to the applicant. No work on the project should be undertaken until these findings and conditions are received. If the item is a Use Permit, Variance or PUD request, the findings will not be sent to the applicant; they will be included in the Planning Commission Staff Report.
