HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 650-1973ORDINANCE NO. 650 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 ENTITLED "AN 0RDINANCE PROVIDING FOR LICENSING OF BUSINESS, PROFESSIONS, TRADES, CALLINGS AND OCCUPATIONS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, AS AMENDED." The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does ordain as follows: SECTION I. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 2.01 OF ORDINANCE NO. 261 AS AMENDED. Section 2.01 of Ordinance No. 261 entitled "An Ordinance providing for Licensing of Business, Professions, Trades, Callings and Occupations in the City of South San Francisco," passed February 24, 1947, and as amended, is hereby further amended to read: SECTION 2.01. BUREAU OF LICENSES AND PERMITS A Bureau of Licenses and Permits is hereby created which shall be composed of the Director of Finance, the Director of Public Services, and the Director of Parks $ Recreation. SECTION II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shal~ be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption. Introduced this 6th day of August ,1973.
