AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 233
PASSED APRIL 3, 1944, ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE CITY CLERK TO
ISSUE LICENSES AND TO COLLECT LICENSE
TAXES IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Repeal of Ordinance 233. Ordinance 233, passed
April 3, 1944, entitled "An Ordinance Requiring the City Clerk
to Issue Licenses and to Collect License Fees and License Taxes
in the City of South San Francisco," is hereby repealed.
SECTION II. Publication and Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective
thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
