AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN PARCELS ON SOUTH SPRUCE
AVENUE HEREIN DESCRIBED AS A PLANNED COMMERCIAL. AND
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (PCM).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as amended, entitled
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted August 10, 1954, and "Zoning Map of the City of
South San Francisco, California," dated March 1, 1961, adopted
March 5, 1962, as amended, are hereby amended so that the
property hereinafter described in Section III shall be estab-
lished as a Planned Commercial and Light Industrial District
or PCM District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zonin2 Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall
be delineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of the City of
South San Francisco, California,'' as amended, dated March 1,
1961, adopted March 5, 1962.
SECTION III. Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The following-described property is hereby zoned and
established as a Planned Commercial and Light Industrial Dis-
trict or PCM District.

SECTION IV. Parking and Landscape Area:
The twenty-five foot (25') strip of land, same being
a portion of the rezoned parcel, which is located at the rear
of the rezoned parcels along South Sprqce Avenue and adjacent
to the R-1 properties of Mayfair Village, shall be used
exclusively for landscaping and automobile parking purposes.
SECTION V. Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after, its adoption.
