0RDINANCE NO. 696-75
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3.52(b)
AND 3.62(b) OF ORDINANCE 353, AS
AMENDED, DESIGNATED "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,"
PASSED AUGUST 10, 1954.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. . AMENDMENT OF SECTIONS 3.52(b) AND
3.62(b) OF ORDINANCE 353, AS AMENDED.
Sections 3.52(b) and 3.62(b) of Ordinance 353, as amended~
designated "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco,"
adopted August 10, 1954, are hereby amended to read:

Drive-in banks, drive-in restaurants, theatres, animal
hospitals, auto repair shops, cleaning and dyeing estab-
lishments, creameries, gasoline service stations, any
"on-sale" establishment where liquor is served, laund-
ries, launderettes, second hand sales, outdoor markets,
out-door sales establishment, pet shops, public garages,
used car sales lots, palmistry, and other uses which,
in the opinion of the planning commission, are of a
similar nature.
Drive-in banks, drive-in restuarants, theatres, any "on-
sale" establishment where liquor is served, outdoor sales
establishments, second hand sales, gasoline service
stations, light manufacturing, including manufacture of
clothing, novelties and toys, palmistry, and uses
which, in the opinion of the planning commission ape
of a similar nature.
SECTION II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective
thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day of June
19..75 , by the following vote:
