AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 690-75 ADOPTED
APRIL 2, 1976, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FACILITY
LEASE WITH CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC
FACILITIES CORPORATION"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF ORDINANCE 690-75. Ordinance 690-75, passed
April 2, 1975, entitled "An Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Execu-
tion of a Facility Lease with City of South San Francisco Public Facilities
Corporation" is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be
published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circula-
tion in the City of South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become
effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco this 6th day of October , 1976, by the fol-
