RESOLUTION NO. 12-2006
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS
RECEIVED FOR THE PROPOSED 380 ALTA
VISTA DRIVE REHABILITATION PROJECT
(ENGINEERING NUMBER PB-06-3)
WHEREAS, the Redeveloplnent Agency of the City of South San Francisco (the
"Agency") purchased a dilapidated residential structure at 380 AHa Vista on April 29,
2005 to alleviate neighborhood concerns; and
WHEREAS, the Agency solicited bids for the purpose of rehabilitating and
relnodeling said structure so that it could be made available for use by low-moderate
income households in a manner consistent with the Agency's Inission and goals; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20166, a public entity
retains the discretion to reject all bids it receives on a given project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency Board now wishes to reject all bids submitted for the
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Redeveloplnent Agency Board
of Directors hereby rejects all bids for the 380 AHa Vista Rehabilitation Project.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the Redeveloplnent Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular
Ineeting held on the 26th day of July 2006 by the following vote:
