ORDINANCE NO. 760 -77
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 736-77,
"Ail ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
SEWER REVENUE BONDS"
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
$1,100,000 SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF 1977
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California, does ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, the ordinance cited in the title above incor-
porated by reference Resolution No. 84-77 entitled "A Resolution
Providing Procedures for the Issuance of Sewer Revenue Bonds
Authorized by Ordinance, Fixing the Form of the Bonds and Pro-
viding Covenants for Their Protection"; and
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity
require that said Resolution No. 84-77 be amended and that said
amendments be incorporated by reference into said Ordinance No.
736-77;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Ordinance No. 736-77 is amended to incorporate therein
by reference Resolution No. lO4 -77 entitled "A Resolution Amending
Resolution No. 84-77, 'A Resolution Providing Procedures for the
Issuance of Sewer Revenue Bonds Authorized by Ordinance, Fixing the
Form of the BOnds and Providing Covenants for Their Protection'",
duly adopted by this. Council on July 20, 1977.
2. In order to provide for the immediate construction of
sanitary sewer facilities for the protection of the public health,
an emergency is hereby determined to exist, and this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force upon adoption.
3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated
in said City, as required by law within fifteen days after passage.
