AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.16 OF
ORDINANCE 603, SUBDIVISIO~I ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. AMENDMEN~ OF SECTION 10.16 OF ORDINANCE'603.
Section 10.16 Of Ordinance 603 entitled "Subdivision Ordinanc6 of the
City of South San Francisco,' adopted February 2, 1970, is hereby amended to
read-
10.1'6 PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING FINAL NAP
'Completion. A final map'shall be considered complete for
submission when it complies with Sections 10.01 through 10.15,
herein,, and is accompanied by the stat~ents, agreements, and
security required ......
No final map shall be considered acceptable for submission
to the City Council until the City Clerk receives a statement in
writing from the City Engineer that th6 final· map complies with
all the requiresents of this Ordinance and the State Subdivision
Law and said map is ready for submission to the City Council, and.
a statement from-the City Attorney that a title report, deed '
restrictions and improvement agreement have been reviewed and
approved by him and are ready for submission to the City Council'
SECTION II.' PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
~' This Ordinance shall be Published once in the Enterprise-jOUrnal, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City.of South San Francisc°, as
required by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days. from and
after its adoption.
