AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353~ AS ~ENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FP~?~CISCO"
AND ESTABLISHING C-0 COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE DISTRICT
(PORTION OF ASSESSORtS PARCEL NO. 011-327-010).
THE .CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITy OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No, 353, as amended~ enti~!ed
"Zoning OTdinance of ~he City of SOuth San Francisco," passe~
and adopted AuEust 10~ 195~ and "Zoning Map of The City of
Sou~h San Fmanciseo~ Cal~fomnia~" da~ed MaTch 1~ 19.6!~ adopted
Ma~eh 5~ 1962~ as amended, a~e hereby amended so that ~he ,
'p~opemty hereinaf~em descmibed ~n Section III shall be estab-
lished as a C-O 'CommeTcial Office Zone District.
SECTION II. Delineation of Zoning MaP:
The designation~ location and boundaPy of ~he
hemein zoned and-hemeinaftem mome particularly descmib~d shall
be deIineated upon the map entitled "Zoning Map of The City of
South San Fmancisco~ Califomnia~" as amended, dated March 1~
19~1~ adopted MaTch 5~ 1962.
SECTION III. Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The following-descmibed pTopePty is heTeby zoned an~
established as C-.0 CommeTcial Office Zone District:

SECTION IV. Publication. and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall be published once as required by
law~ and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption.

Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this 5th day of
October ~ 19 77 ~ by the following vote:
