AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.07, 10.17 (a),
11.01 and 11.18 OF ORDINANCE NO. 603, AS
AMENDED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
.SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF SECTIONS 9.07, 10.17(a), 11.01 ;~ND 11.18
OF ORDINANCE NO. 603, AS AMENDED.
Sections 9.07, 10.17(a), 11.01 and 11.18 of Ordinance No. 603, adopted
February 2, 1970, as amended, entitled "Subdivision Ordinance of the City
of South San Francisco", are hereby amended to read
9.07 Twenty (20) copies of the tentative map and
statements concerning the proposed subdivision
of any land, shall be presented to the Secre-
tary of the Plann~ng Commission at least
seventeen (17) days prior to the Planning Com-
mission meeting, together with a filing fee of
One hundred dollars ($100), plus Four dollars
($4) for each lot in the proposed subdivision.
10.17 (a) Twenty (20) blueline copies, original tracing
on linen or polyester base film of good quality;
boundary traverse map, approved; improvement
plans; and a checking fee of One hundred
dollars ($100), plus Two dollars ($2) for each
lot, for such detailed examination of Final
Maps and field checking as may be necessary
for the City Engineer to make his required
certification, together with the necessary
recording fee.
11.01 FILING
Where required by the provisions of this
Ordinance, tentative. Parcel Maps and Parcel
Maps, as set out in the Subdivision Map Act,
shall be prepared and filed with the Planning
Commission together with a filing fee of
One Hundred. dollars ($100),plus Two dollars
($2) for each lot.
ll. 18 SUBMISSION OF PAB~EL MAP
A Parcel Map shall be considered complete for
filing when it complies with the Subdivision
Map Act and this Ordinance and the following
is filed with the City Engineer: Twenty (20)
blueline prints, original tracing or duplicate
on linen or polyester base film of good quality,
and a filing fee of Seventy dollars ($70).
SECTION 2. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco, as re-
quired by law, and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after
its adoption.
