AN ORDINANCE DELETING SECTION 6.62 (c) AND ADDING SECTION
6.22(c), 6.32(c) AND 6.62c PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS TO
ORDINANCE 353, AS AMENDED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
DELETION OF SECTION 6.62(c) OF ORDINANCE 353,
AS AMENDED.
Section 6.62(c) of Ordinance 353, as amended, entitled "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of South San Francisco" is hereby deleted.
SECTION 2.
ORDINANCE 353, AS AMENDED, HEREIN ENTITLED "PUBLIC HEARINGS"
SHALL HEREBY BE FURTHER AMENDED TO ADD SECTIONS 6.22 (c) AND
6.32 (c) TO READ;

Mailing - Notice of public hearing shall be given by
notice by the Planning Con~nission through theUnited
States mail, using names and addresses from the last
equalized County assessment roll at least lO days
prior to a public hearing. The applicant shall sub-
mit to the Planning Division a certified, complete
and accurate mailing list of all assessor's parcel
numbers, owners and addresses of all properties
shown on the last equalized assessment roll as owning
real property within 300 feet of the property which
is the subject of the proposed application in a form
as prescribed by the Planning Division.
SECTION 3.
ORDINANCE 353, AS AMENDED, HEREIN ENTITLED "PUBLIC HEARINGS"
SHALL HEREBY BE FURTHER AMENDED TO ADD SECTION 6.62 c TO
READ;
Section 6.62
In case the proposed amendment consists of a change of
the boundaries of any district to any other district,
The Planning Commission shall give additional notice
of such hearings by notice through the United States
mail at least ten (lO) days prior to the public hearing.
The applicant shall submit to the Planning Division a
certified, complete and accurate mailing list of all
assessor's parcel numbers, owners and addresses of all
properties shown on the last equalized assessment roll
as owning real property within 300 feet of the property
which is the subject of the proposed application in a
form as prescribed by the Planning Division.
SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE AND PUBLICATION.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South San Francisco,
as required by law, and shall become effective thirty {30} days from
and after its adoption.
